Keeper rules (assuming 12 teams):
- keep 3 players
- move from 4 to 3 bench players... 15 total like the NBA
- Cost: $80 ($20 per year, and $20 for overall GM skills)
- Payouts: 1st - $160 2nd - $60 3rd - $20
- Payouts occur each year
- Overall GM skills get paid out after the 3rd year.
Draft year 2 and 3
- 1-2-3 place get the 10th-11th-12th picks
- 4-12 are placed in lottery for draft order
